According to Reine, Eden is basically "the power to redo the world until you get the result you want"—and it's every bit as broken as that sounds. She can create a massive field where she manipulates and repeats events as many times as she needs. She's used it to do things like hide the tree at Eden's core by convincing Tengu City residents it was actually their new monument, the New Tengu Tower. More personally, she used Eden to rewrite herself into Shido's life as his kind, ever-present childhood friend.
Paradise Lost is her second major power, which lets her control the roots of Eden's core tree to attack. Rather than dealing physical damage, the roots target consciousness itself—she used this to take down both Shido and the other Spirits.
Beyond that, Rinne can summon multiple Guardians: humanoid beings cloaked in red, white, or black robes, each sprouting six wings. They're individually formidable, though not quite on the level of an unsealed Spirit. Most routes feature encounters with these Guardians, though hers obviously doesn't.
