Everyone calls him Ume, and he's the kind of guy who actually means what he says. He works as a sushi chef—takes the job seriously, knows his way around a kitchen.
Growing up in the local orphanage shaped who he is. He's stayed connected to the place and genuinely cares about the kids there. Every Christmas, he shows up as Santa for them, which tells you pretty much everything you need to know about the guy.
