Enya Geil
Enya Geil is best known as one of Dio's most devoted followers and the person responsible for giving him the Stand Arrow—something she'd originally gotten from Diavolo. She's also the mother of J. Geil.
Her Stand, Justice, is a particularly nasty ability that lets her manipulate people by exploiting their wounds, whether they're alive or dead. It's one of the more unsettling powers in the series.
Due to licensing issues, her name gets changed in the English releases: she becomes N-Yah Gail in the game adaptation and Enyaba Geil in the manga.
The OVA version of her character differs somewhat from the source material, though fans often note similar core traits remain intact.
