Koutarou is a second-year student at Ichou Academy in Kagami Junichiro's class, though he's basically never there—he's a chronic truant and a full-on hikikomori. He and Potatos (Shikishima Kiriko) go way back to middle school, where Koutarou picked up some weird rumors about him that stuck with him. Since day one of high school, Koutarou's been MIA, living the shut-in life.
