Meisa Ichikawa is a second-year Coppelion—part of a group of clones engineered to be radioactive biological hazards. Like all Coppelions, she constantly emits neutrons, which means she's toxic to normal humans just by existing around them. Only other Coppelions can be near her safely.
Her standout ability is atomically disassembling and reassembling her own body, which sets her apart even among her peers. She's been working with Dr. Coppelius, who promised to cure her radioactive condition—the whole reason she turned against Ibara and the other Coppelions. Her best friend Mana went renegade with her. Both were former members of the Exploration Unit before defecting, following the same path the Ozu sisters had already taken.
