Tsukigami Kaito's older brother and a genuinely talented actor—the kind people actually call a genius without irony. He started out as part of Kao's coaching staff back when he was with the Tsukigami council team, but he's mostly known now for his work in musicals, where he's built a real reputation. He graduated from Ayanagi Gakuen as the top student in his class, which pretty much set the tone for everything that came after.
