Zaria
Zaria is a minor antagonist from the TV series, serving under KING as a tyrannical cult leader. He's best known for ruling a village through fear and dark magic—specifically, his mastery of Nanto Anshō Ken, which he uses to hypnotize the townspeople into zombie-like servants under cover of darkness. He's got the aesthetic down too: large wig, glasses, the whole deal.
His scheme involves possessing a villager named Karen to help him kidnap Lin, thinking he can use her as leverage against Kenshiro. Turns out that's not a great plan.
When Kenshiro shows up to rescue Lin, Zaria initially gets the upper hand through hypnosis and blackmail, even resurrecting his defeated minions to finish the job. But Lin's desperate cries snap Kenshiro out of it, and from there it's over. Kenshiro destroys both his hands and kicks him straight through the ceiling. Zaria ends up crucified on the cathedral steeple and struck dead by lightning—which also wipes out the entire building. Once he's gone, the villagers snap back to normal and the curse lifts.
