Rasutismoon is a half-dragon diplomat sent to Hiraku's village by her parents, Doraim the Gatekeeper Dragon and Graffaloon the White Dragon. She's earned the nickname "Crazy Dragon" among locals—a fitting title given her intense personality and the way she can intimidate just about anyone with her fiery attitude.
Despite taking human form most of the time, she hasn't quite mastered the transformation yet. Her purple eyes and long blonde hair might pass for human, but her dragon horns and tail always give her away. Unlike her parents, she's too young to fully control the shift, so the dragon traits stick around whether she likes it or not.
