Totts joined the Bonney Pirates and is best known as a loyal member of that crew. He grew up in the Sorbet Kingdom alongside Bartholomew Kuma and Ginny, making them childhood friends.
Things went downhill after the Summit War of Marineford. When the Bonney Pirates lost their fight against the Blackbeard Pirates, Admiral Akainu arrested Totts in the aftermath.
