Roman
Roman is best known as an adventurer from Rikarisu Town who ran with the P-hunter party. He's infamous for his involvement in a pet-kidnapping scheme—the group would steal people's pets, then turn around and claim the reward money when they "found" them. It's a pretty straightforward con, and Roman was in on it from the start.
