Columbina—better known as the Moon Maiden—spent five centuries as a deity, though her relationship with worship has been complicated. Born on Hiisi Island half a millennium ago, she was taken in by the Frostmoon Scions, who revered her as their moon goddess under the name Kuutar. That arrangement didn't last. She eventually grew tired of them and jumped ship to the Fatui instead, where she rose to the rank of Third Harbinger under the codename the Damselette. Turns out the Fatui were just as disappointing—they wanted her power, not her. She's since disappeared to Silvermoon Hall back on Hiisi Island to lie low and rebuild her strength.
Visually, Columbina's pretty striking. She's got a pale complexion, long black hair streaked with dark pink, styled into two side-plaits with white ribbon wrapped around them in an X. The back of her head is adorned with white feathered ribbons that give off serious dove-wing energy. A white X-shaped lace mask covers her eyes, which always seem closed. Her outfit is mostly white and indigo-blue—a flowing dress with massive hanging panels that practically function as a shawl, paired with a ribbon bow at the neck and a blue crescent gem at her chest. She goes barefoot aside from ribbons tied around her feet and ankles, though she's got some kind of floating orb-and-crescent contraption that acts as a heel. Her old Harbinger cloak featured a white gem as well.
