Hikaru Shibusawa is a character from Ikebukuro West Gate Park. She's Rika Nakamura's best friend and comes across as the sweeter, more innocent one of the pair—though that facade hides something much darker underneath. She's got a genuinely tragic past and carries a pretty terrifying secret that contradicts her outward personality.
