Shiva King is the head and founder of the King Lab. He's obsessed with dissecting people for his projects and openly shows that by greeting everyone around him with a knife stab or asking new acquaintances to be his specimen.
Shiva acts quite cheerful around his friends, and some describe him as an eccentric person. He is admired as a genius whose specialty is to create artificial organs and robots, so-called "humanoids."
At the age of 11, he (using the pseudonym "Dr. Ceol") invented a new medicine and indirectly saved Adam Liouville's life who later became his trainee at the King Lab.
