Motoki works part-time at the Crown Game Center and its attached fruit parlor, juggling both jobs while attending KO University. In the manga, he figures out the Senshi's secret identities pretty early on and keeps quiet about it—a promise he actually keeps.
In the anime, things are a bit different. Usagi's got a huge crush on him early in the series and calls him "Motoki-oniisan," though he doesn't really reciprocate. He goes to Azabu Institute of Technology with his friend Mamoru Chiba, and he's dating Reika, a smart science student. His younger sister Unazuki also hangs out with Usagi and the group.
