Flamingo
Flamingo first shows up in Volume 2 of the manga and Episode 4 of the anime.
The guy's most recognizable feature is his penguin costume, which he wears pretty much constantly. Beyond the outfit, he's basically known for being a total pervert and overall weirdo—not exactly the type you'd want hanging around, if we're being honest.
