Belial is a co-founder and supreme leader of the Kisaragi Corporation, overseeing all military operations.
Born into the prestigious Kazoku family, Belial founded Kisaragi alongside her childhood friend Astaroth as a way to support her. She commands the combat division and gained pyrokinetic abilities after undergoing multiple experimental brain procedures performed by Lilith. Those same procedures, however, left her mentally compromised with significant memory loss.
When Kisaragi needed someone to lead an exploration and conquest mission into an alternate world, Belial and Astaroth selected Six for the job. Belial has said she wanted to go herself, but they settled it with a dice roll—and luck wasn't on her side.
