Houjou Seigo is a character introduced in Toaru Kagaku no Railgun: Astral Buddy. Formerly a researcher at Clone Dolly Ideal, he was working with Mitsuari Ayu on her plan concerning Yuuri Senya, along with Houjou Arei.
