Queen Nehellenia
Queen Nehellenia runs the Dead Moon Circus. Her name comes from Nehalennia, a Teutonic goddess. In the anime, she first shows up in Episode 148, while manga readers got their first real look at her in Act 37—though her voice had been creeping in through a mirror since Act 35.
