Kazama works alongside Takeda and considers him a good friend. He's got this perpetually deadpan demeanor going on, but there's more to him than that—he's basically a homebody who's really into video games and women. The running joke in the office is that he's always casually filming stuff on his phone, especially Igarashi's most embarrassing moments, which obviously makes her hate him. He's actually into Sakurai, and he seems to be one of the few people in the office who genuinely cares about her as a person, even if he does spend a lot of time staring at her chest.
