Manabu works for MIK, an organization that deals with unauthorized alien activity on Earth. He's best known for his partnership with Nyandestar, an alien who actually helps enforce the rules rather than break them. The two make regular patrols together, checking in on extraterrestrial arrivals and making sure they're following protocol.
