Seika is the reincarnated form of Haruyoshi Kuga, widely considered the most powerful onmyouji to ever live. He developed his own unique technique called the "Curse of Reincarnation," which he ultimately used to come back in a new life. Having learned some hard lessons from what got him killed the first time around, Seika is determined to take a different approach this time—staying under the radar, playing things smart, and actually enjoying himself for once.
