Kirihito Kamachi—most people just call him Kamayan—used to run with the Villain Factory back when he was trying to make it as a Next-Level Villain. These days, he's moved on to a quieter life working as a manager at Hopper's Cafe.
His Quirk, Mantis, lets him move with insectlike speed and precision, which honestly made him pretty suited for villainy. But he apparently decided that whole scene wasn't for him anymore. Now he's settled into the cafe work, which is a pretty stark contrast to his old life, but that's kind of the point—he's left that behind.
