Makoto
Makoto works in advertising and lives his life as an ordinary guy in Shibuya's RG—the Real Ground, basically the non-supernatural side of the city. He's part of a small friend group that includes Ai, who's got a thing for him (though he doesn't seem to reciprocate), and Mina. Despite the supernatural chaos that can unfold around Shibuya, Makoto just keeps doing his job and hanging out with his friends, representing the kind of normal person you'd expect to bump into in the actual city rather than get pulled into anything too weird.
