Eida
A member of Kara, Eida was outfitted with Scientific Ninja Tools by Amado just like the rest of the organization's roster. The full extent of her abilities remains somewhat mysterious, but Amado has made it clear that her combat skills actually surpass Jigen's—which is saying something, given Jigen's reputation. Exactly what she's capable of hasn't been fully demonstrated, but it's enough to catch even Amado's attention.
