Species: Yuki-Onna
Himuro is descended from a yuki-onna—a snow woman from Japanese folklore. He's best known for the fact that his emotions literally freeze everything around him, which makes normal life pretty complicated. Despite constantly radiating cold, he's genuinely warm-hearted and kind to the people he meets.
He spends most of his time at work hanging out with his coworker Fuyutsuki, and they've developed a close friendship. Himuro's actually into flowers and cats, but he can't really get close to either without causing problems—which is kind of tragic given how much he seems to like them.
His name is pretty on-the-nose: Himuro literally means "icehouse" or "cold room."
