Han Fei is the Ninth Prince of Han. On the surface, he's the carefree type—you'll usually find him drinking wine and hanging around female entertainers. But that's mostly a cover. He's actually sharp as they come, a natural strategist with an unusually high intellect, even if he has zero martial arts ability.
Back when he was younger, he studied under Xun Kuang at the Junior Sage Village and was basically the top student there. As he got older though, he grew increasingly fed up with how corrupt and wasteful the Han government had become. That frustration led him to secretly found Quicksand alongside Wei Zhuang and Zinü—a group dedicated to working against the system from the shadows.
