Fujimasa March started out as Oguri Cap's rival back when they were both racing out of Kasamatsu. She's probably best known to fans as the protagonist of the oneshot spin-off "Uma Musume: Cinderella Gray Gaiden ~The mermaid left behind~," which gives her story some extra depth beyond the main series.
The character's based on the real racehorse March Tosho, who spent most of her career running in regional races with a short stint in central racing.
