Vitzo is Brad Van Darn's manager and appeared as a character of the day in "The Screen Actor's Guilt."
Vitzo had a problem with Brad's Smoochum. He genuinely worried that having a cute Pokémon hanging around would tank Brad's tough-guy action star image—and more importantly, cost Vitzo his job. He pushed Brad to ditch her, using manipulation and veiled threats about his career, but Brad refused to budge. Desperate, Vitzo secretly hired two cops to take Smoochum away. Turns out they were actually Jessie and James in disguise; Team Rocket had their own plans to steal her.
The whole thing blew up when Brad saved Smoochum in front of his fans and publicly declared she was his best friend. Completely backfiring on Vitzo's predictions, the audience ate it up—fans loved Smoochum just as much as they loved Brad. Without missing a beat, Vitzo suddenly claimed the whole thing had been his brilliant idea all along. After that, he not only kept Smoochum in Brad's life but started booking her for movie roles alongside him.
