Deborah is a tall, attractive young woman with a striking build. She's a member of the Gollini Mafia Family, one of Italy's most dangerous crime syndicates, alongside associates like Valdo, Paulo, Simon, Bruno, Kamile, Ugo, and Gil.
Like most of her crew, Deborah enjoys psychological games with her targets. She's known for taunting enemies before making a move—asking Anna if she was scared to leave the family, for instance, right before using her Quirk to make the girl compliant. She's willing to take things further, using her powers to manipulate loved ones into harming each other, as she did with Giulio and Anna.
When Anna's Quirk boosted her own abilities, Deborah became almost giddy with excitement. Suddenly able to use her powers with way fewer limitations, she showed no real fear when multiple Class 1-A heroes showed up to stop her.
Her Quirk, "Day Dream," is genuinely unsettling. She can lock eyes with someone and force them into unconsciousness or a deep hypnotic state. Once hit, the victim's mind gets trapped in a dreamlike world where they're living out their deepest desires—basically a coma, but way worse because they're trapped in whatever fantasy their brain conjures up. Normally she can only target one person at a time, but when Anna amplified her Quirk Factor with "Overmodification," that limitation basically disappeared. She could hit dozens of people simultaneously.
