Theophilos
Theophilos runs the village where Demetrios lives. He's basically always pushing Demetrios to think about Olympic events—not out of any genuine interest in athletics, but because he figures it'll bring in tourists and cash. Demetrios apparently calls him "Mayor," though that might just be how people refer to him locally. It's pretty clear Theophilos sees the Olympic connection as a money-making angle, and he's not shy about hounding Demetrios to help make it happen.
