Elina's the younger sister of Leina, who's basically famous in the Queen's Blade circuit. Their father, Count Vance, raised her to be a weapon—literally trained her in everything from stealth tactics to military combat since she was a kid. She ended up working as his bodyguard, spy, and occasional assassin, which honestly explains a lot about her personality. Where Leina's got that noble warrior thing going on, Elina's vicious and doesn't really bother hiding it. She was created by Hisayuki Hirokazu.
