Kaoru-chan runs a donut truck cafe and is basically a fixture in the girls' lives—he knows them all pretty well and isn't shy about handing out advice when they need it. What's interesting is that he's clearly in on the secret: he knows Tarte and Chiffon can actually talk, and he seems generally aware of the magical girl stuff happening around him, even if he doesn't make a big deal about it. Fair warning though—his jokes are legendarily bad.
