Uruchi Uchiha ran a small bakery at the Uchiha compound in Konoha and was married to Teyaki Uchiha. Like most of the clan, she encouraged young Sasuke to live up to his older brother Itachi's reputation—though when the two briefly spoke, she barely seemed to register who he was or how old he'd gotten. Sasuke called her aunt.
She was killed during Itachi's massacre of the Uchiha clan. Sasuke was the only one spared that night.
As a clan member, she presumably had the Sharingan, though there's no indication she ever used it or that it came up in the series.
