Misato
Misato is Miyuki's biological mother, though she'd spent years undercover within the organization, climbing its ranks specifically to uncover the leader's identity. She was on the verge of completing a crucial assignment—eliminating Fiasse Crystela—when her own children intervened and stopped her. After that confrontation, she left the organization entirely and took over leadership of the Hong Kong Defence Group.
In the OVA, her role shifts slightly: she commands the 4th Division of the Hong Kong Intelligence Defence Squad and actively works to recruit both Kyouya and Miyuki to join her team.
