Akane's a kid who shows up in episode 11 as basically a bully. He's best known for pushing Inari into the water after ditching his dog Pochi—literally throwing the dog into the sea first. When Inari hesitated to jump in and save him, Akane shoved him in too. Things got serious pretty quickly; Inari started drowning while Akane and his friends just took off. Kaiza had to pull Inari out, and afterward he gave Akane a proper scolding for what he'd done.
