Julia is Let's girlfriend—a loud, rowdy blonde who's pretty much the opposite of his cool, laid-back personality. She's not afraid to throw a punch to get what she wants, and you'll typically find her hanging around bars. Like Let, she can transform into a dragon, though her human form is what most people know her for. She's become something of a big sister figure to Haru's group.
Julia's dragon form has a darker history. Jegan had control over her at one point, and after witnessing her fail at a dragon ritual, he placed a dark binding on her to keep her by his side—apparently he was in love with her and wanted her trapped with him.
