Lilia is best known for rescuing Adol when he washes up on the floating island, bringing him back to town so he can recover. Beyond that, she's kind of a magnet for trouble—kidnappings, attacks, you name it. Fans often note that she seems to find herself in danger constantly throughout the story.
Her backstory is pretty dark. As a kid, she was gravely ill, and her mother was so desperate to save her that she had Keith kill a monster and use its blood to keep Lilia alive. That decision left her with the essence of evil running through her veins. Later, Darm tries to drain that darkness out of her and pull it into himself.
