Haruto's older sister, though you wouldn't necessarily guess it from how she acts—she's arguably the less mature of the two. She moved back home from Tokyo after college to do her student teaching and earn her teaching license. While in Tokyo, she lived in Ayano Fujikawa's dorm with Yamato Akitsuki as her neighbor.
Aoi's pretty much the definition of lazy. She's a heavy smoker who lets her room get absolutely trashed, which means Haruto ends up doing most of her chores by default. The two actually lived together in the dorm for a while before Haruto got his own place.
She's the one who showed Haruto that childhood photo of him and Eba meeting way back when. She's also pretty vocal about her opinion on his love life—she thinks he and Yuzuki would make a better couple than him and Nanami.
