Sharif is the prince credited with popularizing iced coffee throughout the Land of Sand—basically the guy who made it a thing there. He's probably best known for his obsession with coffee floats, which he considers his favorite drink.
He's currently pretty into Adelheid, who goes by "the Lovely Lady," and it seems like a genuine attachment on his part.
