Baraz is Meray's older brother who looks after Hoopa in Arche Valley. He appears in both Hoopa — The Mischief Pokémon and Hoopa and the Clash of Ages, where he's basically the responsible one keeping things together while his sister and the legendary Pokémon get up to their usual chaos.
