Tupper
Tupper is a Team Skull member who shows up pretty regularly throughout the anime. He's basically always hanging around with his crew—Zip and Wrap are his constant companions, and the three of them are basically inseparable.
Character-wise, Tupper's design pulls straight from the standard male Team Skull Grunt look, so he fits the classic grunt aesthetic without much in the way of unique tweaks or standout details.
