A classmate of Haruto's back in high school Tokyo days. When he invited her to check out a festival at Yuzuki's school, she immediately took it as a date invitation—and wasn't shy about calling him out on it. Though she was initially critical, she eventually warmed up to him, convincing herself that he had feelings for her. The whole thing was pretty messy, but she eventually moved on and started dating someone from another class instead. Still, she'd pop up now and then, usually managing to misread whatever Haruto was actually doing at the time.
College threw them back together when Mina joined the Outdoor Circle, the same club Haruto was in. Their club leader thought she was kind of odd, honestly. When Haruto tried catching her up on his life and mention Yuzuki, his wording came across wrong—and since he never actually said Yuzuki's name, Mina jumped to the conclusion that she was who he wanted to date. The fact that he never followed up with a call left her pretty upset about the whole thing.
