Wy is an Australian micronation that was founded in 2004 and got added to Hetalia by Hidekaz Himaruya in 2010. She's depicted as a young girl with long brown hair, gold eyes, and notably bushy eyebrows—kind of like England's.
Australia basically acts as her big brother, and she looks up to him, though she's still salty about not getting her driveway yet. Her relationship with Hutt River, another Australian micronation, is a bit different—she doesn't really get what he's about, but respects him anyway.
Personality-wise, Wy comes across as mousy and always trying to seem more grown-up than she actually is, but she slips into childish moments pretty easily. She's usually carrying around a large paintbrush and is genuinely artistic. The fact that she's officially recognized as "independent" is a huge deal to her—she runs around doing whatever she wants and lives for that freedom.
