Yoichi is a judge and Muhyo's childhood friend who's best known for being a total pervert—his introduction literally involves him squeezing Nana's breasts to guess her cup size. He's got a thing for Nana, but she finds him creepy and wants nothing to do with him.
Despite the gross exterior, Yoichi's actually got serious chops. His experience and wisdom are on par with Muhyo's, and he's practically mastered every type of Magical Law except Execution. He even offered to team up with Muhyo back in the day, but Muhyo went with Roji as his partner instead.
