Dozzu stands out as one of three kyouma leaders—the others being Cargikk and Tgurneu—though his actual forces are believed to be significantly smaller than theirs. Two centuries ago, the other two leaders branded him a traitor, forcing him to flee kyouma territory with whatever followers remained. He's since built a secret organization recruiting humans sympathetic to his vision, including influential nobles and members of various royal families.
Appearance-wise, Dozzu currently resembles a small dog crossed with a squirrel, complete with a horn on his forehead. That said, he can shapeshift at will, so this form is just whatever he's decided to wear lately. He's the only kyouma known to wield electricity as a weapon, throwing lightning strikes in combat.
According to Dozzu himself, humans and kyouma could coexist peacefully—but it would require three major moves: replacing the current Majin with someone aligned to his vision, subjugating the other two kyouma leaders beneath him, and purging enough human nobility and royalty to rebuild governments favorable to coexistence. He's estimated the cost at around 50,000 human deaths, which he considers negligible for lasting peace. He's apparently laid groundwork for each part of his plan, though he keeps the details locked down tight.
The guy's fundamentally manipulative and willing to commit atrocities if they serve his endgame. Betrayal, mass death, strange alliances—none of it matters to him except the goal itself. As a traitor to the Majin, he and his organization are hunted on sight by other kyouma.
