Lia Parapara Leazas
Lia Parapara Leazas is the current Queen of Leazas. She's best known for her intense obsession with Rance, whom she calls "Darling"—her feelings for him are so extreme that she'd reportedly hand over her entire kingdom if he asked for it.
She has a pretty dark history. Torturing girls used to be her main hobby until Rance put a stop to it and punished her for it. Since then, she's actually managed to restrain herself from kidnapping people, though fans often note this restraint seems to come entirely from not wanting to upset Rance rather than genuine change.
