Fukumoto is a snowy owl and one of the animals of Oumagadoki Zoo.
When transformed, she appears human and wears a hockey mask that resembles her normal face upside-down with black eyes. She has talons for hands. She wears a black tank top and a long skirt made of feathers. Her hair is also made of feathers and forms wings.
Her name comes from fukurou (梟, ふくろう), or owl.
