Muu was the Second Tsuchikage of Iwagakure, one of the village's most formidable leaders.
Best known for his near-perfect camouflage technique, Muu earned the nickname "Non-Person" because he could vanish so completely—both physically and in terms of chakra—that normal detection methods were useless against him. He took genuine pride in this ability, and considered anyone capable of sensing him worthy of respect.
What really set Muu apart, though, was his mastery of Dust Release, one of the rare kekkei touta techniques that combine three separate chakra natures—fire, earth, and wind. The ability lets him reduce opponents to literal dust at the molecular level. When he and fellow Dust Release user Ounoki clashed using their ultimate technique, the resulting destruction was catastrophic and showed them as equals in raw power. Notably, Ounoki himself confirmed that Muu's strength never diminished even after his death, which speaks to just how formidable the Second Tsuchikage was in life.
