Roxie is a Gym Leader best known for her appearances in "Rocking the Virbank Gym! (Part 1)" and "Rocking the Virbank Gym! (Part 2)." She runs an undefeated gym using just three Pokémon, making her both skilled and efficient.
When Ash showed up to challenge her, she got excited—not because of him, but because of his Pikachu. Roxie had her own Kanto native, Koffing, so she saw a kindred spirit and was happy to accept the battle.
