Netto is Rockman's operator which is received by his father. He is lazy for his homework but likes Netbattles. They fight the evil organization like the World 3 & Gospel.
In Axess, he joins the Net Saviors, protectors of the peace in the net, and has the ability of Cross Fusion (Fusion of operator and Navi in the real world).
